Restrictions
1. Unauthorized extraction, diversion, interception, or discharge of wetland water resources, and alteration of the original water resource system.
2. Excavation, soil removal, filling, stacking, or modification of wetland topography and landforms.
3. Destruction of biological migration pathways and the breeding areas or habitats of wild animals and plants.
4. Disposal of chemical substances, discharge, or dumping of polluted (waste) water, waste materials, or other pollutants sufficient to degrade the ecological functions of wetlands in important wetland areas or their upstream, and surrounding waters.
5. Harassment, poisoning, hunting, abuse, or slaughter of wildlife.
6. Harvesting, collection, release, introduction, fishing, capturing, or picking of biological resources without the permission of the competent authority for specific purposes.
7. Activities that disturb wildlife in wetland airspace, such as flying kites, sky lanterns, parasailing, advertising balloons, hot air balloons, remote-controlled airplanes, or ultralight aircraft.
